What does it cost?

Documenting your collection is free. Tresory Recovery, our concierge service that tracks the resale market and helps you get a stolen piece back, is $17 a month, cancel anytime.

How does concierge recovery work?

The moment you report a piece stolen, we start searching. Within 24 hours we email you for the details we need. We then file reports with the major resale marketplaces to flag the item as stolen and ask them to watch for its serial number, and we keep a log of every request we make for you. Many of these thefts happen abroad, so we translate our reports and outreach into the local language where needed. We search diligently, but we cannot guarantee that an item is found or recovered.

What happens the moment something is stolen?

You get the exact first steps: file a police report, notify your insurer, and register the serial as stolen. With Tresory Recovery, our team also tracks the resale market and files stolen-item reports with marketplaces on your behalf.

Is my data private and secure?

Yes. Your collection is scoped to your account, encrypted in transit and at rest, and passwords are hashed. We never sell your data, and nothing is shared unless you choose to share it.

Do you sell insurance?

No. Tresory helps you get insurance-ready and connects you to specialist insurers for watches and jewelry. We may earn a referral commission if you buy through a partner, at no extra cost to you, and we only share the details you choose to send.

How does a shareable report work?

For any item you can generate a public, revocable link that proves authenticity and condition to a buyer or insurer. Sensitive details like your full serial number, receipts, and purchase price stay private, and you can revoke the link anytime.

What can I catalog?

Watches, fine jewelry, designer handbags, and any other high-value possession worth documenting.

Do I need appraisals or receipts?

No. But the more you add, the higher your Protection Score and the more insurance and resale-ready each item becomes. Tresory always tells you the next best thing to add.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export a full backup of your collection at any time. It is your data.
